Scaled the team from 19 to 58 in 9 months as the sole recruiter and People Partner at a pre-seed FinTech startup. Led full-cycle recruiting for 42 mid-to-senior Technical and GTM hires while concurrently building out succession planning, performance management, and internal mobility infrastructure.
CodeSignal
Joined as EA to the CEO while running recruiting concurrently, establishing the TA function and closing 40+ senior R&D hires with a 95% offer acceptance rate. Scaled the team from 34 to 75, was promoted to Candidate Experience Lead, then continued driving growth to 140 during Series C by advising functional leaders on market-based hiring trade-offs and building structured candidate experience frameworks.
