Joined as EA to the CEO while running recruiting concurrently, establishing the TA function and closing 40+ senior R&D hires with a 95% offer acceptance rate. Scaled the team from 34 to 75, was promoted to Candidate Experience Lead, then continued driving growth to 140 during Series C by advising functional leaders on market-based hiring trade-offs and building structured candidate experience frameworks.

With a background spanning Technical (Eng, AI/ML, Product, Data) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Ops) hiring, she brings the operator's lens of someone who has built inside companies like CodeSignal, ComplYant, and YiYiEnglish — where she joined as employee #9. Early-stage is where she's most at home.
